01 | Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you ("Member" or "you") and Harmonic Brilliance, operated by Raquel Spencer ("Harmonic Brilliance," "we," or "us"). By enrolling in any membership, purchasing any content, or accessing any resources through our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access our content or complete any purchase. Continued use of the platform after any updates to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement.

02 | Nature of Services

Harmonic Brilliance offers spiritual education, consciousness expansion content, energetic practices, and community membership. All offerings, including quantum clearing techniques, light body activation sessions, live calls, recorded series, and written materials, are provided for educational and personal growth purposes only.

The work of Harmonic Brilliance is an inside job. Raquel Spencer provides tools, teachings, and guidance to support your own process of remembrance and expansion. She is not your doctor, therapist, lawyer, or financial advisor.

Nothing within the Harmonic Brilliance platform constitutes or replaces:

  • Medical diagnosis, treatment, or advice of any kind

  • Mental health counseling, psychotherapy, or psychiatric care

  • Legal counsel or representation

  • Financial planning, investment advice, or tax guidance

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, medical emergency, or require professional support of any kind, please contact a qualified professional or emergency services immediately. Our content is not designed for, and should not be used as a substitute for, professional care.

03 | Membership Access

Harmonic Brilliance offers tiered membership levels, each with its own set of included content and benefits. Your level of access is determined by your current membership tier at the time of login. Access is non-transferable and is granted solely to the individual who completed the enrollment.

Content within each tier is subject to change as the platform evolves. We will make reasonable efforts to notify members of significant changes in advance. Add-on series, individual events, and Planetary Lightbody Calls may be available for separate purchase, with pricing that may vary by membership tier.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials or access passwords provided to you. Sharing access with others is a violation of this agreement and may result in immediate termination of your membership without refund.

04 | Payments & Billing

All payments are processed securely through our payment platform. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees for your selected membership tier or individual purchase.

Recurring memberships are billed on the frequency stated at the time of enrollment (monthly or annually). Your membership will automatically renew unless you cancel before your next billing date. You are responsible for ensuring your payment information remains current.

Prices are stated in US Dollars. We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time. Existing members will receive advance notice of any pricing changes affecting their current tier. Your continued membership after the effective date of a price change constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing.

All transactions are final unless otherwise stated in the Cancellation & Refunds section below.

05 | Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to your membership content through the date your current paid period concludes. No partial refunds will be issued for unused time within a billing period.

Recurring Memberships: Due to the nature of digital content delivery and the immediate access provided upon enrollment, all membership payments are non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun.

Individual Purchases (Series, Events, Calls): All individual content purchases are final and non-refundable. If you experience a technical issue accessing purchased content, please contact us at the address below and we will work to resolve it promptly.

Exceptions: Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Harmonic Brilliance in the event of documented technical failure that prevents access to purchased content. To request a review, contact us within 7 days of purchase.

06 | Intellectual Property

All content within the Harmonic Brilliance platform, including but not limited to video recordings, audio sessions, written materials, techniques, guided practices, course modules, live call recordings, and visual assets, is the exclusive intellectual property of Raquel Spencer and Harmonic Brilliance.

Your membership grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for your own private, non-commercial purposes only. You may not:

  • Download, copy, or reproduce content for distribution

  • Share, sell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer content to any third party

  • Use any content for commercial purposes without written permission

  • Record live sessions without express written consent

  • Create derivative works based on Harmonic Brilliance materials

Unauthorized use of our content will be considered infringement of intellectual property rights and may result in legal action.

07 | Results Disclaimer

The work of Harmonic Brilliance is a personal, energetic, and deeply individual process. What you experience through these teachings depends on many factors unique to you, including your readiness, your consistency, your life circumstances, and the inner work you bring to it.

Enlightenment is always an inside job. Raquel does not promise, guarantee, or imply any specific outcomes from her teachings, techniques, or programs. Your results are your own.

Testimonials and examples shared within the platform represent individual experiences and are not guarantees that you will achieve the same or similar results. We make no claims about healing, curing, diagnosing, or treating any physical, mental, or emotional condition.

08 | Acceptable Use

By accessing the Harmonic Brilliance platform, you agree to engage with the community and content in a way that honors the integrity of the work and respects all members. The following are prohibited:

  • Harassment, intimidation, or disrespectful conduct toward other members or Harmonic Brilliance staff

  • Sharing another member's private information, session experiences, or personal disclosures without their consent

  • Disrupting live events, calls, or community spaces

  • Using the platform or its content to promote competing services

  • Any unlawful use of the platform or its content

Harmonic Brilliance reserves the right to remove any member from the platform, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these standards or disrupts the integrity of the community. Membership fees are non-refundable in the event of removal for conduct violations.

09 | Privacy & Data

We collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in that policy.

We will not sell your personal information to third parties. Information shared with our payment processor is governed by that processor's own terms and privacy policy. Email communications you receive from Harmonic Brilliance are related to your membership and the services you have purchased.

10 | Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Harmonic Brilliance and Raquel Spencer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform or its content.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you paid to Harmonic Brilliance in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

11 | Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the Effective Date at the top of this page and, for material changes, provide notice to active members via email or through the platform.

Your continued access to and use of Harmonic Brilliance following any updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

12 | Governing Law & Contact

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Las Vegas, NV, USA.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
