Day 4
The way I use the word coherence is: being aligned with, in harmony (harmonic) with something or someone.
The energy and inner work in this series are designed to bring both: being in harmony with the higher frequencies that emanate the essence (Joy, Health, Peace, etc.), and the TRUTH that you Already Are all that you seek.
There is no absence of the frequency of Joy or Health, etc., just the inability to come into coherence or harmony with the higher frequency.
To describe it another way...
It means 'it' already exists, we are just coming into coherence or alignment with 'it.' Like a guitar that has broken strings or is too tightly wound. Or a piano that is "out of tune" to the purity of the key (sound/harmonic). Or the horn player, who has yet to master playing "in key."
We, as Divine Instruments, are refining our ability to exist in alignment with the purer, higher frequencies. Our beliefs, the story we tell ourselves, or that humanity at large buys into (inverted programs, holograms, morphogenetic fields), have caused our frequencies to be distorted or dis-harmonic.
The frequencies have always been there, just hidden, distorted, buried, constrained by the inverted reality we have been living in, i.e., the game of separation and duality.
We all get locked into the story of the human experience and think it's our truth. It's not our truth. It's just one minuscule fractal of the totality of who we are, which believes what is being reflected from outside. Our minds and nervous systems are electrical in nature and respond to the holograms/programs we have always accepted as real or as truth.
This sacred season, the quantum architecture is unlocking in profound ways to "release" the programs, holograms, and false realities that our human mind believes are real. To a level never achieved within the human experience...
Your body is the Key, and your Lightbody the instructions that refine your Divine Instrument (your divine instrument is your body and Lightbody working together). The reality you perceive is simply a reflection of the frequency you are emitting, because the body still believes the outer reality.
Therefore, the goal is to refine our "Divine Instrument," i.e., our body/nervous system and Lightbody, to return to harmonic coherence and resonance with the pure frequencies. A fine-tuning of ourselves to align with our Higher Truth beyond the illusions, stories, and beliefs that create the disharmony, the disconnection with our true essence.
The refining only works if you consciously choose to stay in the higher frequencies. In other words,
Do you choose to be in Joy, regardless of what is transpiring in your outer reality?
Do you choose to re-center yourself if you get emotional or flustered
Do you choose to do the inner work to align with the frequency of health every day?
What is the inner work, you ask?
Catching yourself when you let outer reality affect your experience.
When you "believe" in the reflection, rather than going within and "activating, breathing, choosing the higher frequency of that which you feel a lack of.
It is always a choice.
Are you constricting and lowering your vibration, or are you laughing and reminding yourself that it's all an illusion? That I am a Sovereign Being, and I get to choose my reactions, my responses, my experience?
I didn't say it was easy, only that it was more accessible to sustain the choice.
The profound shifts occurring at the cosmic and quantum levels are providing opportunities to align and refine as we have never had access to before.
With fewer distortions in the "fields", our ability to come into coherence and sustain the frequency increases immensely.
